On December 12, 2020, sponsored by Junlebao Dairy Group, China Overseas Huaneng Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., “Wei County Junlebao Husbandry Sewage Harmless Treatment and Utilization project kick-off ceremony” was successfully held at Junlebao No. 4 Ranch in Wei County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province.
Although there was heavy fog and cold wind on the day of the launch ceremony, the guests still couldn’t stop their enthusiastic attention to the project. Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Hebei Agricultural Science and Technology Development Center, Xingtai Municipal Government, Xingtai Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Government of Wei County, Wei Lihua, President of Junlebao Group, Kong Xianfu, General Manager of China Overseas Huaneng Company, Wang Mingming, Executive President of Beijing Yingherui Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Wu Tong, General Manager of China Shipbuilding Corporation, Yuan Xufeng, Professor of China Agricultural University, Yao Zonglu, researcher of the Institute of Agricultural Environment and Sustainable Development of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and many business leaders attended the start-up ceremony and after the ceremony, they visited the project production workshop and the intelligent green pasture together.
In recent years, with the improvement of the comprehensive production capacity of China’s animal husbandry, the pollution problem of livestock and poultry manure in the breeding industry has become increasingly prominent. The Junlebao Manure Project in Wei County has been implemented by YHR in accordance with the principle of “reduce, harmless, resourceization and ecologicalization”, is a large-scale biogas cogeneration project for the harmless treatment and utilization of pasture waste.
The project has been fully advanced since October 2019. It is based on pastures, relies on biogas power generation and sewage treatment technologies, uses manure and straw as raw materials, and integrates six modules including anaerobic engineering, biogas power generation, flue gas waste heat utilization, biogas residue recycling, aquaculture wastewater treatment, and organic fertilizer planting, and the structure is optimized. It can treat 450,000 tons of sewage per year, produce 10,000,000 cubic meters of biogas, generate 18,000,000 kilowatt hours per year, and produce 30,000 tons biogas residue. The unity of economic and social benefits is realized.
After the project is launched, the energy-saving and environmentally-friendly heating method, the tiered utilization of energy, and the integrated water and fertilizer return model will fully realize the “harmless, reduced, resource, and ecological” disposal of Junlebao, construct an ecological circular economy industrial chain, which is of great significance to promoting the construction of Wei County’s ecological civilization and creating a green circular economy model combining planting and breeding.
After the kick-off ceremony, the “New Starting Point, Energy Concentration, Dream of Source-Discussion Forum on Large-scale Dairy Farm Manure Treatment Mode” co-sponsored by YHR and GIZ (German International Cooperation Agency) and co-organized by China Overseas Huaneng, YHR shared the “advantages of the technological route of manure treatment in large-scale farms” with many dairy leaders on the spot. The atmosphere on the scene was harmonious, and the guests all said they had gained a lot.
As a leading domestic supplier of agricultural organic waste solutions and integrated environmental protection equipment suppliers, YHR has been using leading biomass energy technology to help the construction of agricultural organic waste resources, carefully creating high quality and high standards, high benefit project. YHR is the industry benchmark for China’s GFS tanks, and it is also a leader in the standardization and modularization of China’s biogas field.
