Epoxy coating is the economical solution that ensures high performance corrosion resistance for storage tanks. Production Procedure
The coating production line is mainly composed of pre-treatment system, dehydration drying tunnel, electrostatic spraying system, powder recovery system, powder curing drying tunnel, chain drive system and electric control system. The entire workpiece conveying system of the coating production line adopts a mechanized conveying method suspended in the air, which runs smoothly, quickly and conveniently. It adopts PLC controllable programming and is programmed and controlled according to the actual requirements of the production process.
